Trust yourself.

I wasn’t brought up to trust men.

I wasn’t brought up to trust myself.

I was brought up to do as I was told...and that is exactly what I did. 

I trusted what I was told. I still trust what I am told. Only, now I trust, feel and verify. I feel to experience connection and I verify to be honest with myself and with others. It’s how I stay in integrity with myself. It’s ok to ask hard questions, for what you want...for all of it.

That is Self Love in action. 💜
